Working principle of Pressure relief valve
In this valve the oil will be released to tank if the pressure exceed the set pressure.
Normally this valve is closed.A pilot line is connected from input to spool which is close the path through spring pressure.
If the input “P” pressure exceed spring pressure then spool will open the path and oil will be released to tank.
