How to work hydraulic system.
| Steps | Description |
| Handling of hydraulic unit | Hydraulic unit should be cleaned before delivery from manufacturing place. Check oil tank ,there should not any foreign particle and dirty oil. Use clean oil.The life of hydraulic unit depend upon lubricative property of oil. |
| Preparation | Check coupling properly. Check all the valve. Add oil to tank up to specific level. Set Pressure. Accumulator should be filled with nitrogen at a specific pressure. |
| Starting | After hydraulic is ON,check oil temperature. Check pump and motor coupling. Check motor direction. Cooling unit should properly working. Check pressure. Set pressure as per requirement. Check any oil leakage. |
