CNC machine daily maintenance checklist

| Electrical | 1-Check indicator lights for all components. 2-Test all the emergency push button. 3-Test all the motor. start and press emergency push button. 4- Check overall machine operation. |
| Hydraulic | 1-Check the leakage. 2-Check the Oil Level. 3-Check the Chiller unit is working well. |

| Electrical | 1-Check the Cable shaping of cable loop. 2-Check all cable for any damage of insulation. 3-Check any chattering sound from any component. 4-Check the current consumption of all motor. |

| Mechanical | 1-Check all the drive belt.Tension should be correct.Belt should not be damaged. 2-Check the filter of Gear box lubrication.Clean if required. 3-Check the coolant condition.Replace if required. 4-Check the Jaws for jamming.Lubricate if required. |
| Electrical | 1-Check all the Motors. 2-Re torque the bolting of Motors .Clean the surrounding. 3-Check all the electromagnetic components. All are working properly. 4-Check all the Brush of rotating component.Replace if required. For example replace the telescopic brush of Clutch. Carbon brush of DC motor and generator. |

Half Yearly maintenance

| Hydraulic | 1-Re torque all valves and Cylinder mounting. 2-Check all safety valve. 3-Replace all filter. 4-Replace the O ring of valve if required. 5-Check the oil leakage from cylinder. |
