- Tie, if you have long hair or cut hair.
- Avoid loose clothes/sleeves/jewelery.
- Work area must be free from metal chips and hydraulic oil.
- Walk around the machine,before turning ON the machine.Report if any abnormal condition is there.

| Switches | Function |
| Spindle speed Override. | Spindle speed can be adjusted.50% to 120 % of programmed speed. 10%-Increments. |
| Feed Selector. | By this we can select Incremental feed or Continuous job or Reference Zero. |
| Feed rate Override. | It modify the programmed feed from 0% to 110%. |
| JUG push buttons | It is used to move the turret along X axis or Z axis.That is left , right,up or down. |
| Auto cycle. | The control can be auto mode by this push button. |
| Single block. | It is an illuminated indicator. |
| Repeat cycle. | It is a toggle switch of two position.It is only used in AUTO CYCLE mode.After M30 program will rewound and restarted when this switch will be in ON position. |
| Block delete. | All blocks in the Program will be ignored preceded by slash(/) mark.If this switch is ON. |
