Viscosity-32-1000 cSt at 40 degree Celcius.
Select grade of oil according to load.For example -For bed lubrication of CNC lathe machine you can choose viscosity-68.
Automatic Lubrication System
It is a small hydraulic system or power pack.
It contains

| Oil tank | It contains oil .It also contains a pump,pressure relief valve and bleed valve inside the tank. The floating unit of float switch also inside the tank. |
| Electric motor | It coupled with pump.The direction of motor should be indicated on the motor or unit. |
| Pump | It discharge oil under pressure. |
| Pressure gauge | It indicate the pressure developed or delivery pressure. |
| Pressure switch | It gives feed back that required pressure is developed. |
| Float switch | It gives feed back for low oil level. |
| Pressure relief valve | It maintain the pressure.We can set required pressure. |
| Bleed valve | It remove air if entrained is system due to low oil level. |
| Outlet port | Through this oil is supplied to whole machine. |
| Oil indicator | We can check oil level. |
| Oil filling Filter | It filter oil during oil topping. |
